My problem is not with Bobshop (Bid or Buy) but with the couriers they used - Skynet. They apparently lost an antique Capidimonte vase that I bought. The Bobshop merchant was very apologetic and did her very best to get Skynet to trace the item, to no avail. Skynet has not yet had the courtesy to contact me. I did get a refund, but I wanted the rare vase. Has anyone else had problems with Skynet Couriers?
