I ordered 2x water heater systems on the 3 December. On the 11 th Desemberi got my first reply. The supplier did not have stock.No communication from bobshop or supplier. I had to send emails. I lost a contract and potential work .Totally unprofessional . And now To purchase from someone else on my own Cost .The refund can take how long with a fee To return credit According to them the matter was resolved but the money still outstanding
