As a long-time customer of the company, my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. On December 1st, 2025, I ordered a watch from their site and paid immediately with my credit card. They advertise overnight shipping, but that was not my case. Since a signature was required, I stayed home on Tuesday, but the watch didn’t arrive. I stayed home again on Wednesday and Thursday, and finally, at 4 P.M. after three days of waiting, it showed up. This was not the overnight service I expected. While the watch dial was nice, the bracelet was in poor condition. I thought about returning it, as it shouldn't have been sold with that bracelet. I ended up keeping it, but I will be looking to buy future watches elsewhere.
