i had a failed transaction with their incompetence in completing it. pure stupidity on their part, with failing to comprehend my communication. Also, the email service refuses to unsubscribe me though I have clicked through to do so several times and replied directly to correspondences which are not no reply. They are bullies and simply full of themselves. Do not recommend.

While the watch dial was nice, the bracelet was old and in poor condition. I considered returning it, as it shouldn't have been sold with such a bracelet. Ultimately, I decided to keep it, but I will be looking to purchase future watches elsewhere.

The package was supposed to arrive via priority overnight delivery the next day (Saturday). Upon checking the tracking, I discovered a duplicate tracking number, which was unusual. Although it initially showed some movement, by Saturday morning, it hadn’t updated for hours. Later that morning, the FedEx website stated the delivery date would be updated once the package moved, but that message remained unchanged. On Monday, I emailed their customer service. A representative replied promptly, stating they would follow up with FedEx. However, further communications were inconsistent, and I had to reach out multiple times for updates and to request a refund. By the end of the first week, I inquired about the investigation timeline, which was said to extend into the second week. I followed up the next week for an update, but received no response. Eventually, I was told my refund would be processed “tomorrow” after providing my bank details. I submitted this information, but the following day passed without any communication. After several attempts to contact them, I finally received an email stating the wire had been sent, and I got a confirmation from my bank shortly after. While the FedEx issue was beyond their control, it was still frustrating. If the company had been more proactive with communication and transparency, I might have rated them higher. Overall, this experience was disappointing and frustrating.
I couldn't be happier with the watch I recently purchased. The pricing was fair, and the service was exceptional. Upon arrival, the watch exceeded my expectations based on the online description.
