They do not uphold their promises. Despite their return policy claiming a 'no questions asked' refund within three days, they refused to refund the certification fee. I returned the watch within 24 hours, but it took six days to issue a partial refund, withholding $175 without any explanation. I sent multiple emails to customer service and the higher management without a response. It took a formal complaint to get them to reply. They refunded part of my payment but refused to return the certification fee. I wouldn’t trust this company.
