When I called about some questions I had Kayla was so helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I even bugged her over email with more questions and she responded quickly and was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to track my shipment so easily and knew the window of time it was going to arrive. When the watch arrived and I gifted it to my fiancé we could not believe the quality, it was in mint condition for a pre owned watch and we are so happy with the purchase.
