Customer service was excellent and the watch looks great. Two issues I would like to mention 1) my watch had a different color face then the original Rolex papers showed which was never mentioned in the watch description- I found out when I received the watch and compared it with the papers. 2) I ordered and paid for the certificate of authenticity (which again maybe my fault didn’t realize ) that it is emailed to you 3-5 days after you receive the watch. After a week I emailed customer service inquiring regarding my certificate and the same day I received it.The watch is shipped overnight- and you have a three day window to return it but the certificate of authenticity is received a week later ? The certificate should be included when the watch is shipped. Some clarity would also be helpful if the watch is already shipped overnight when is the authenticity analysis done and why wait 3-5 days to receive it.I do have some concerns that the Rolex face is authentic- I was reassured that Bob’s Rolex are fully authentic.
