We had a disappointing experience during our recent visit. The salesperson who assisted us had minimal knowledge about the Rolex we purchased or other models we inquired about. In addition, they lacked professional training and didn't present themselves in a professional manner (wrinkled shirt, tennis shoes). Moreover, their lack of punctuality was quite noticeable.Furthermore, another customer with a scheduled appointment was left waiting for over 25 minutes before they eventually left. Witnessing this lack of consideration for other patrons' time was disappointing.We're currently in the market for another Rolex, and I'm willing to pay an increased price to buy from another source.
