I recently purchased a Rolex Explorer from Bob’s Watch. This was my first experience purchasing a watch online. Needless to say the watch I bought was perfect! It was exactly as photographed and described. The original box and all paperwork were included.In addition, most impressive thing about Bob’s, and the watch expert Harrison, was the service and their extraordinarily buttoned up system. I received a shipping label moments after we spoke on the phone, I then sent my trade in watch to Bob's. They received it the next morning, examined it, and called me with a trade in value that was acceptable. My new watch was shipped that day (along with a check for the difference) and I received the Rolex Navigator before noon the following day. A great experience, and Bob's will always be first on my list.
