Watch is awesome, but what made it a great experience was Thalia. I purchased the watch as a gift for a graduation and FedEx decided to drive by my house and not deliver the watch even though they claimed to have “attempted to deliver”. Panicked with the graduation the next day I called Thalia and she wrangled FedEx to make the driver come back and actually stop at my house even after they told me they wouldn’t. Needless to say I got the watch (which is beautiful) and it is all thanks to Thalia.
