I don’t usually write reviews but I love it when a seller treats me like I’m the most important thing.This is how Paul, from Bob’s Watches made me feel! When I initially tried to purchase my watch online using my PayPal account, it asked me for the password and then a credit card number. This struck me as odd so I called their 800 number.I explained to Paul and he immediately helped me and explained everything along the way. He made me feel assured of this big purchase I was making for my husband’s 25th anniversary gift.I received the invoice/receipt in my email and the watch the very next day!I had to sign for it and show proof of identity. The watch was in excellent condition and had the box and all papers!This is only the first watch that I will be buying from Bob’s Watches and I will definitely be spreading the news!Thank you so much Paul!
