Customer Support was GREAT even after normal working hours via text. They answered all my questions, this was my very first Rolex and was just over the top with my choice. If I had to nit pick on my preowned not worn Submariner would be the beige Rolex cardboard box had black finger prints on the top and the front flap underneath was ripped and it flopped over. CLEARLY not Bob's issue or cause and I'm still OVER the moon with my first Rolex and will cherish it for life. THANK YOU BOB'S!! I'll be a long term customer
