As a long-time customer of the company, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. On December 1st, 2025, I ordered a watch from their site and paid right away with my credit card. They promise overnight shipping, but that was not my experience. Since a signature was required, I stayed home on Tuesday, but the watch didn’t arrive. I stayed home again on Wednesday and Thursday, and finally, at 4 P.M. after three days of waiting, it arrived. This was not the overnight service I expected. While the watch dial was nice, the bracelet was old and in poor condition. I considered returning it, as it shouldn't have been sold with such a bracelet. Ultimately, I decided to keep it, but I will be looking to purchase future watches elsewhere.
