Traded my Submariner in on a Yachtmaster. After I sent pictures, and original receipt from Bobs I was given a quote. Shipped the watch to Bobs, they evaluated it. They said it needed a new crown, cleaned, and polished. This brought the quote down $1000.I accepted it.Communication was good right up until the point of sale when I had a question. The salesperson had no response to my emails, I called and it went to voicemail. Eventually I straightened everything out with whoever answered the phone.I reached back out to the salesperson to thank them for their help, still no response. If you don’t have any expectations, you will not be disappointed. My dad bought watches from Bobs, I’ve heard how good they can be, but not my experience.
