I was referred to Bob's to exchange my watch for a new one. I had never heard of Bob's. The overall experience was very impressive. Submitted pictures of my watch on Monday. Wes called and gathered some more info. He made a preliminary offer for my watch, which was very strong. He sent me FedEx label to send my watch for inspection. It arrived at their shop the next day. The following day I had a revised offer for my watch based on its condition. Still a good offer. I then proceeded to purchase my new watch from Bob's. After credit for my watch and additional payment, my new watch was sent out the next day. I had the new watch on Thursday. The whole process took 4 days. Very impressive considering I'm in Michigan and they are in California. Thanks Wes!
