As a seller, this experience was beyond abysmal. I was offered a price for my watch, subsequently sent the watch in and then was provided with what seemed like a common car salesman tactic. "Well the market changed, so do you mind if we hold on to the watch until the end of the week?". They asked to hold the watch so that they could see if the price would "go back up". I agree to this and then the end of the week comes with no contact, I reach out and the request is then to keep the watch until Monday. I tell them that this is not okay and I have another deal which I intend to use the funds for. Instead of working to resolve the situation, they ignored emails and phone calls until Monday. Monday comes and I'm then offered a cool 21.7% less than the hard copy quote I was provided (40% less than what the exact same watch is listed for on their site... So for potential Buyers, they're making 40% on you) or they can mail the watch back to me. Curious to see if I'll actually get my watch back or if the movement will be swapped. BUYER OR SELLER BEWARE.
