I spent three nights here, from December 26 to 29, and the experience was unacceptable. On the first night, the radiator in my room was completely cold. The staff provided no effective assistance, leaving me without heat and unable to sleep. On December 27, I was moved to a different room but was too exhausted to check everything properly. By December 28, the room hadn’t been cleaned at all, and I found urine stains on the bedsheets. When I reported this, the staff told me to go to the storage area myself to get clean sheets and change the bed. This is shocking and completely unacceptable for any accommodation. By around 11 p.m. that night, I had to find another hotel and leave immediately. This place is not suitable for guests, as basic hygiene, heating, and service standards were clearly not met. I strongly do not recommend staying here.
