We recently stayed at this hotel in London as a group of four, and our experience was disappointing. One couple in our group had a room with severe plumbing issues that made sleeping impossible due to the noise. We contacted the hotel multiple times, but they offered no real help, telling us there was nothing they could do. It’s concerning that a hotel can't assist guests properly when issues arise. We were also promised an adapter upon arrival but had to wait four days and make 12 calls to finally receive it. The hotel refunded 50% for the unusable room, which we found inadequate. Overall, I can only recommend this hotel if you're willing to gamble on whether your issues will be resolved.
