First, I want to say that I am a repeat customer. I bought my first Body Bilt chair around 1995/98 and had been using it almost daily for hours on end ever since, as my office work chair. After all those years of constant use, the chair needed some repairs and replacement parts, which I knew I could acquire from Body Bilt because they support their products. I called Body Bilt in Navasota, TX to discuss my options with them. Ultimately, they connected me with their sales Rep. Jana Andrews. Jana took customer service to a whole NEW LEVEL when she learned that I am Legally Blind, can no longer drive, and that I live out in the Central Texas Hill Country, in the middle of nowhere. Jana insisted on coming to my home in order to view and measure my office / desk setup, as well as take measurements on me to enable her to help determine the best type and size of chair. I initially intended to by two chairs: one for my office chair, where I still spend hours at a time, working on my computer and the second chair will be to use at my HAM radio station, where I will also be spending many hours sitting and running radios at all hours of the day and night. Jana was extremely helpful in guiding me towards the best size and functionality of the chairs for my needs. She also helped my budget by letting me know about chair models that were currently on sale. Around this time, I also realized that I still needed to buy chairs for my dining table. I ended up buying two "heavy duty" chairs (the SOLO model) for my office and HAM shack and then 6 additional chairs (the SOLO-LT model) to use at my dining table. Jana did not stop there. She offered to personally deliver the chairs to me because she knew I could not drive to the Body Bilt factory in Navasota to pick up my chairs and that paying delivery freight would be extremely expensive for me. Jana and Body Bilt got answers to all of my questions and concerns about the chairs and they helped complete my order and delivery. After using my office chair for about a week, I had to call Jana to voice a complaint. The problem is that as I sit in my new Body Bilt chair, working at my computer, I simply find it very hard to get up out of the chair to address other matters.....the chair is too comfortable to leave......That is a NICE problem to have....Thank you, Jana and Body Bilt.
