I've spent a few thousand with them over the years, recent order included an electrolyte powder. Tasted terrible, live chat requested photos - while taking them I realised the product has expiry date of March 2023. Sent photos - they tried to say its actually 2028 but a tiny bit of the print had 'rubbed off during transit'.I tried to rub off another part of the print with my finger tip - hard. No change at all.Basically they sent a 2 year old product and tried to gaslight me into using it rather than just accepting the mistake and refunding. They told me to email customer support and their QC department, both of whom have ignored me.Got to do a chargeback I guess...
