Hopeless. Sick to death of having to email them every time I want to order using my free shipping on my account that has bw+ subscription. I swear they do it on purpose hoping one day I will accidentally just pay for shipping.

After considering previous reviews, it seems the company has made significant improvements. I ordered two batches of 5 kg protein, creatine, and 48 protein bars. My deliveries were well-protected with bubble wrap. While they don't control the delivery drivers, everything arrived intact. The protein bars have a shelf life of two years, but they'll be gone quickly since the mixed flavors are delicious and reasonably priced. I plan to continue using this service because of the excellent value, outstanding customer support, and products that exceed expectations for the cost. I'm extremely pleased with my order and eager to make more purchases.
The order took longer than expected to arrive, and two out of four tubs were damaged with the lids open. However, once I contacted the support team, they resolved the issue promptly. This was also the case with my previous order, which they managed to fix.

It took eight days for my order to arrive, and it was left outside in the rain. The four tubs were packed on their side, with all lids loose and protein spilled everywhere. This isn't the first time I've experienced this issue. The packing, delivery, and customer service are disappointing; I would recommend avoiding this company.
I have yet to receive whey protein despite receiving emails claiming it's on sale. I've been waiting weeks for new stock to arrive and have decided to switch back to a different provider, as they consistently have stock and better deals.
I keep getting unsolicited emails from this company. I never signed up for their emails; it's a business account for a recently established business. Despite unsubscribing multiple times, I continue to receive them. I've now blocked them and am considering signing the owner up for various things he hasn't subscribed to, just to see how he feels about it.
