I paid for next day delivery and parcel protection. What a scam that is. My next day delivery has not turned up on time and parcel protect you are meant to get your queries dealt with as a priority. However, you can't get past the chatbot on a live chat and their email address no longer works. So, it is a big scam. I would like to get a refund on the extras that I paid for and have not received yet. I can't get hold of anyone to be able to ask for that.
