I've been experiencing unexpected withdrawals from my bank account due to this service, the latest being £51. I only realized today, and canceling seems nearly impossible. I got my bank involved; they advised me to send an email, which I did, but received instructions to download an app for cancellation. My bank warned against this and suggested simply emailing them to cancel, otherwise they would take action if nothing happens. Be cautious!
