I wish I could give no stars. I received a notification from my bank regarding a potentially fraudulent charge on my account from these scammers. Now I have to obtain a new debit card, which is incredibly inconvenient. I will be reporting them.
This app is extremely frustrating when it comes to cancelling. Prepare for a lengthy process! I signed up through the website, and when I attempted to cancel, I found no option to manage my subscription in the app, nor any log-off option under the designated tab as suggested. Despite leaving a critical message requesting urgent assistance through the troubleshooting email they automatically send, I received no response—just the same email as before. Now, they expect ME to reach out to the platform to cancel. I've been trying to cancel for three months. I even contacted my bank to stop payments, but they still manage to charge me. The program itself was decent, but the customer service is severely lacking!
Cancelling a subscription is nearly impossible. The option to manage the subscription through the app, as mentioned on the support site, is unavailable. Reaching out to the support team via email has also been ineffective, as I only receive automated replies that do not help resolve the issue. Even though these automated messages suggest replying for more assistance, no further responses are provided. Additionally, there is no phone support available. I strongly recommend against using this app or service.
Fraudulent practices! Avoid at all costs! The only way to stop them from continuously withdrawing money from your account is to close that account and open a new one. Additionally, consider reporting your card as stolen to receive a new one with a different number. Unbelievable!

I got my bank involved; they advised me to send an email, which I did, but received instructions to download an app for cancellation. My bank warned against this and suggested simply emailing them to cancel, otherwise they would take action if nothing happens. Be cautious!
The unauthorized charges keep coming - they refuse to refund money taken without consent. I only receive automated emails with no real support. Calling them in Germany is impossible due to their insistence on email communication. This seems like a well-crafted scheme of deceit. I thought I was purchasing a report but ended up with a service subscription I never used. Please, steer clear. Their product is not worth it either.
This is a scam! I just realized that they have been deducting monthly payments from me for three months, and I have no app or means to contact them. I receive no emails or confirmation to show that I did not want to continue this subscription. There's no way to cancel, and my bank is not being helpful either.
Beware of these thieves! I was naive and paid a low price for a plan. Now, they are withdrawing a significant amount every month without my consent. I can’t escape this because I never signed up, so I don’t have an account to close. They are fraudulent criminals!
