I appreciated the classes, and the subscription was fairly priced. Last year, I decided to stop using the service, but the unsubscribe process is quite difficult. Links to unsubscribe are broken or redirect to FAQs. Emails go unanswered, and it takes an unreasonable amount of time to navigate this frustrating process. I admit I didn’t prioritize this due to the low cost, but I suspect that may be intentional. I’m unsure if I’ll be charged again this month, as I had to resolve it through my payment provider, so we’ll see.
