Returning to a Beloved Fitness Program

I have been using the service for several years and have participated in many of the programs. Due to illness, I had to pause for a year, but I was eager to return and I’m thrilled to be back. The exercises are straightforward to follow, the music is enjoyable, and you can adjust the difficulty of the workouts and dances as needed. I particularly liked the pilates and HIIT sessions before my illness, and I aim to build back up to those. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because I’m not a fan of some of the newer instructors; they tend to be a bit too exuberant for my taste and less focused on dance. I encountered no issues when canceling my account. I pay via a payment platform and have downloaded the app. With this, canceling the subscription through the app store is quite simple.

Amazing programs for dance enthusiasts

Engaging, adaptable, and enjoyable

A huge thank you to the team behind the service. I deal with several chronic health issues, including chronic fatigue, which makes movement challenging. However, if I don't engage daily, my condition worsens. This platform is truly the best fit for me. I'm grateful for the music, guidance to move in harmony with my body, and the small bursts of joy it brings. Today, they sent me a new program right when I needed it most, and I decided to embrace it, transforming my day through movement. I have a lifetime membership and fully intend to utilize it. It's fun, flexible, and truly unique. Thank you!

Challenging unsubscribe experience.

I appreciated the classes, and the subscription was fairly priced. Last year, I decided to stop using the service, but the unsubscribe process is quite difficult. Links to unsubscribe are broken or redirect to FAQs. Emails go unanswered, and it takes an unreasonable amount of time to navigate this frustrating process. I admit I didn’t prioritize this due to the low cost, but I suspect that may be intentional. I’m unsure if I’ll be charged again this month, as I had to resolve it through my payment provider, so we’ll see.

Numerous emails sent about billing issues…

I have sent multiple emails regarding billing problems. The service has not replied. We have yet to receive a refund from the previous year and have been billed again for the current year.

Poor customer service experiences.

I have sent several emails requesting to cancel my subscription but have not received a response. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this service.

Loving this app so far

I’m really enjoying this app. The instructor is wonderful. As a newcomer, I haven’t faced the issues others have mentioned, and I hope to continue without problems. My dog also enjoys dancing along with me.

Ongoing subscription issues for two years…

For two years, I have attempted to cancel my subscription. They claim that my payment provider is billing me monthly, while my provider states the opposite. The app now indicates I’m no longer a member, yet I’m still being charged.

Still being charged a year later…

I am still being charged a year later without access to the program. Customer service claims I only paid for two months, yet I have provided statements showing ongoing charges! It’s so frustrating to only communicate via email, which they respond to at their convenience!
