After doing some trial videos, I bought a year's subscription for less than £50! The classes are joyful - I do the dance and yoga classes and they really lift my mood and make me feel better in body and mind afterwards, even when I only do 15 minutes. I like how she gives lots of alternatives with different levels of stretch or difficulty, and often says "move in a way that feels good to you with your arms / hips etc" Misty is a likeable class leader who explains things clearly. Thoroughly recommend, especially through lockdown!
