I really appreciate their products. The whey is high quality, the flavors are fantastic, and the delivery is prompt. However, the support is nearly non-existent. When I reached out for help, it took days to get a response, and by then, I had already resolved the issue myself with the delivery service. I sent another email three months ago, and I'm still waiting. I even tried messaging on social media, but got no response. I've continued to purchase due to the product quality, but there was a time I mistakenly selected the wrong address, and I accepted that I'd probably lose the item. I didn't bother contacting them again. The customer support experience could definitely use improvement, and I have insights to share if they're interested. They need to do better.
