I really appreciate their products. The whey is high quality, the flavors are fantastic, and the delivery is prompt. However, the support is nearly non-existent. When I reached out for help, it took days to get a response, and by then, I had already resolved the issue myself with the delivery service. I sent another email three months ago, and I'm still waiting. I even tried messaging on social media, but got no response. I've continued to purchase due to the product quality, but there was a time I mistakenly selected the wrong address, and I accepted that I'd probably lose the item. I didn't bother contacting them again. The customer support experience could definitely use improvement, and I have insights to share if they're interested. They need to do better.

I didn't want to write a negative review, but this is my last resort. I ordered my product two weeks ago, and it still hasn't been delivered or shipped. I've contacted the company several times via email, but have received no response. To this day, I haven't heard anything. I truly don’t understand this level of service.
I ordered protein powder, but when I went to pick it up, the delivery box was empty. The carrier advised me to contact the company. Their phone number is not working! If you email them, check your spam folder, as that’s where their responses seem to end up.
Despite the negative reviews, I decided to order a pre-workout and creatine from the company. The items arrived on time and were well-packaged, so nothing was damaged. I also had a coupon from a friend, making the price great for what I received. If you spend over a certain amount, you can choose a free product, and to my surprise, I received an additional one (a small protein shaker). I highly recommend this company and will definitely order from them again.
