Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought one of their DS60 bikes through the gymcompany website (also to be avoided). When the bike first arrived, it was defective and this took Bodytone weeks to resolve. Now after 1 year, it has simply stopped working. I have been waiting for a technical visit from Bodytone for over 2 months and nobody comes. Instead, all I do is waste time emailing them and trying to call their technician (whose line is disconnected). An absolute con - poor quality equipment and even worse customer service. Seriously - avoid at all costs.
