I ordered the bodytone d18+ in November. At first o had a problem with the order, not bodytone’s responsibility which is ok but already quite frustrating. Then when I set it all up the panel doesn’t work. I’ve been emailing them back and forth waiting more or less 5 days between each response. They’ve asked for pictures of everything more than once, videos… so it’s been 3 weeks since we started this email thing and 3 months since I ordered the treadmill. At this point I just want a solution asap. Not recommending it to anyone.

Product as described. Delivered as planned. Had a small part missing due to a transport damage. These things happen. Bodytone promptly replaced the part. Good experience in every way !

Ordered product by internet. After two weeks and request for information Bodytone cannot give any information concerning delivery date.They really should try harder.

Very bad SAT and poor quality equipment.

I bought a second had SMB1V3 with control console issue. The old owner was waiting for months to receive the replacement, he was kind enough to save it for me after I bought his smart bike.Well the new console bluetooth was not working. I contacted the SAT ask me for a video showing how the BT does not work...I send all the information...they told me the console was not compatible with my APP, when the first console BT worked perfectly (only 2 buttons not working).I had to fight them to accord to send a new console when they received stock again...After months they send it to the wrong address after asking my all my information and videos showing a bluetooth not working...If you have to buy any expensive equipment, look for another company if you look for reviews, you will believe us...if you are naïve enough to buy...you will know for sure.EDIT:Today I installed the new replacement for the 700€ smartbike...the power levels are inverted...at level 1 is the hardest...at level 32 the lowest...I connect it to the apps and its like having a race motorcycle...Almost a year waiting for the right replacement.First, with some buttons not working.Second, no bluetooth.Third, power levels upside down.BODYTONE, they brand you need to avoid at all costs.

Solid experience and service

The bike is exactly what I was looking for. An entry model with solid features. The display was different from the photos, but comes with the same functionality, so nothing to complain.It arrived within 2 workdays of purchase. There had been a misunderstanding regarding purchased assembly, but this was quickly resolved.
