I have been a loyal customer of the service for several years, enjoying a consistent discount, but my satisfaction has declined recently. In 2025, I purchased multiple items again, and I am now very unhappy with the poor quality. Each clothing item I bought over the last year was worn no more than four times: a pair of jeans that tore, a pair of chinos that ripped, another pair of chinos with a broken zipper (which I had to fix at my own cost), a blazer with a back seam beginning to tear, a pair of jeans with a fastening button that fell off, and a merino wool jumper that started pilling after just one wash. This is simply unacceptable!
