I have been a loyal customer of the service for several years, enjoying a consistent discount, but my satisfaction has decreased recently. In 2025, I bought several items again, and I am now very unhappy with the poor quality. Each item I purchased over the last year was worn no more than four times: a pair of jeans that tore, a pair of chinos that ripped, another pair of chinos with a broken zipper (which I had to repair), a blazer with a back seam starting to tear, a pair of jeans with a fastening button that fell off, and a merino wool jumper that started pilling after just one wash. This is simply too much to accept!

"Cheaters" would be a fitting description for the service! They took my money and sent an email stating my order was refused for internet security reasons. I've been trying to reach customer care for a week, but they haven't responded yet. This is simply unacceptable! One thing is certain, I will never purchase from this service again. They operate like a fraudulent business! Now they have my money, my order is rejected, and customer support is non-existent! It’s a nightmare!
I’ve always appreciated the overall style, especially their shirts. They consistently deliver great fit and clean tailoring. However, their pants have been hit or miss. While the style is nice, I've encountered unexpected quality issues at this price point. The stitching and fabric durability haven’t matched the high standard of their shirts. My pants keep ripping at the belt holders and back pocket. I haven't reached out directly, as I doubt they have a solution. I still like the brand and will continue to buy shirts, but I hope they improve the quality of their trousers.

This experience raises significant concerns about reliability and quality management.
Quick responses! Good quality products, but be cautious: colors may differ between screens and reality, and sizes can be tricky. Regardless, the service's response to returns was very prompt and friendly, making it easy to return items, even from abroad. I will definitely return.
