My third on line order, but this one went awry. Ordered over $500.00 us of merchandise and with hours after ordering the items were reduced by thirty percent! Called to ask for a credit and was told that could not occur, that I could reorder at the reduced price and refuse to accept the first order when it arrived. Absolutely unacceptable! The same thing happened when I was in Lisbon. Purchased clothes and the nest day they went on sale, but by then I was in Porto. Will not be a customer again and will object with American Express.
