I ordered two rings; one was depicted with a deep red stone online. However, the ring I received had a very pale color, which was not at all like the photo. Furthermore, the stone broke off the setting when it snagged on a piece of clothing, which should not have happened. The customer support team has been unresponsive to my requests for a refund or store credit.
