I ordered two rings, one described as having a deep red stone. However, the ring I received was very pale, completely different from the website photo. Additionally, the stone broke off when it caught on some clothing, which should not have happened. The support team has not responded to my requests for a refund or store credit.
I placed an order for a ring and gift box 7 days ago, but I still haven't received any confirmation or update. The gift box arrived unexpectedly, but the ring was missing. I've sent two messages but received no reply. This has been a frustrating experience so far.

I ordered a "Teardrop Aquamarine Ring" and it was disappointing across the board! The stone is dull and not at all what was advertised. The ring itself appears cheap and lightweight. It’s not worth the $100! I opened the package today and immediately went to the site for a return. I had waited to order this because I already have many rings, but it looked so unique - what a letdown! This deserves a zero rating; I've had much better experiences shopping online.

I bought silver earrings that keep tarnishing, and a link kept falling off. I also purchased a thumb wraparound ring, which is also tarnishing. I'm very disappointed. The other two pieces I bought are acceptable, but I won’t risk my money again.
