The company later claimed their delivery window was 15 days, but that timeline is not listed anywhere on their website.When I tried to cancel the delayed item, I was told returns were only allowed if products were defective, which contradicts their published return policy. Communication was inconsistent, and I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund.I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company, especially if you’re expecting timely delivery or transparent customer service.
