TRASH! Do not order from this company. I paid 60$ for an item that was described as "luxe" and it was literally something I could have paid 6 dollars for on shein. When I asked for a refund explaining I wasnt happy with the item, they would not accept my return because the looks threads "could be cut with scissors and its part of mass production" not only that but the item I got was not same same as the photo. It was a cheap knockoff. This is not how you treat customers! A return should have been immedately accepted and my card refunded. Its a total scam and I hope you dont get screwed like I did.
WORST Company ever! This is the email I got to exchange/return something. There may be additional customs fees, which could make the return less cost-effective for you.Please note that when sending, please ask if customs duties are required because the warehouse will not pay customs duties. If necessary, you will not be able to receive express delivery, please switch to a route that does not require customs duties.Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your exchange. The replacement package will usually be sent out within 5 working days.
I placed an order on October 10 and paid for express shipping (4–8 business days). My package didn’t arrive until October 26, and one item still hasn’t shipped. The company later claimed their delivery window was 15 days, but that timeline is not listed anywhere on their website.When I tried to cancel the delayed item, I was told returns were only allowed if products were defective, which contradicts their published return policy. Communication was inconsistent, and I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund.I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company, especially if you’re expecting timely delivery or transparent customer service.
🛑‼️DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Placed an order for three dresses only received 2! 1st of all the quality of the items I received aren't even good enough to donate to the Salvation Army, I'd be embarrassed!! One of those dresses looks like it was made from an umbrella material and looks NOTHING like what I thought I'd be receiving, neither of them look like what I was expecting! When I reached out to the scammers about a return was basically told that they do not accept returns, not even on that 3rd item that I never received, when I inquired about it and asked them if I could cancel it due to the fact that I had ordered my items for an upcoming trip over seas and never received on time. I was told to hang in there that I'd eventually get my order and that canceling wasn't an option, even though they still hadn't shipped it out!! I wasted alot of my precious time on many back and forths with these individuals and got nowhere! Eventually I gave up and basically told them to enjoy my $140 I was scammed out of since I knew I was not getting it back! When I learned that they are stationed out of China a bell went off in my head and all of my fears came true. My fault for not doing my research as usual before placing my order, Lesson learned! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED‼️‼️DO NOT GET FOOLED LIKE ME AND SO MANY OTHERS‼️‼️
Absolute scam. Total rip off. The actual products do not match the pictures. They are a substandard quality in every possible way. They have the worst return policy and no matter what the problem is even if you send them photos of a defect, they respond with the same exact answer: after review we’ve established that our product accurately represents our advertisement.” Absolute BULL. They are also accompany from China. Any kind of shipping is astronomical to and from and everything takes an absurd amount of time. Beware! And do not ever shop at this company.
I ordered a dress from BoiiLife, and what I received was nothing like the pictures. The quality was extremely poor and the product did not match the advertised images.When I tried to return it, customer service copy-pasted the same reply multiple times, completely ignoring my questions. They insist on their own “policy” and refuse to accept returns unless the item is defective — which is misleading and far below normal customer service standards.They describe their items as “high quality” but that is not true, and their communication is evasive and unprofessional. This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had.I am now disputing the charge with my bank and reporting the company for misleading practices. I strongly advise others to avoid this store.

Terrible customer service and low quality products. The shipping took so long and they don’t allow returns. The product had loose threads, terrible construction, and does not look like the pictures on the website. Stay away from this company.
