In Nov 23 boilerteam installed a new Worcester Oil boiler. First contact with Paul Churchill was great, I live in rural Devon so he asked for some photos and quoted on that basis. I accepted the quote and had a date set for the install a week or so later. No one turned up on the date and no phone call to explain. I persevered and had another install date set a week or so later. Two fitters arrived and did a really good job, neat installation new boiler, controller and motorised valves all good, 1.5 days work. Getting the Oftec certificate required multiple phone calls and emails but it arrived eventually. I had a problem 6 months later with radiators warming up when only the water should have been on. This was dealt with straight away by a fitter in the area who replaced a valve. Really good service.
