From quote to installation everyone we came into contact with was helpful and friendly. No hidden extras within the initial quote which was very competitive for our new boiler. The install team turned up early and worked hard to get us up and running with our new boiler. The aftercare service from Paul was fantastic! We had a very minor issue but was rectified quickly and efficiently even over a busy bank holiday weekend. Its very rare to get such great help and support so quickly and we really did appreciate it. Would highly recommend these guys.

Just had an upgrade install. The team were awesome, very professional, polite, courteous and worked clean as you go and left the property as though they hadn’t attended. Combi and radiators as recommended by Paul and his communication first class. Everything and extremely highly satisfied customer

Moved house just before Christmas and found out the boiler had a number of issues, including a leaking condensate pipe. After our insurance company let us down. Now I know he’s selling a product but Paul was amazing, listened to me moan about the boiler we had inherited and all the issues we had, he even stated it would probably be better to fix. However we wanted a new boiler, 3 days later our new boiler was fitted at a very competitive price. We couldn't fault the service or the team Dominic, Josh and McKenzie were amazing, gave great advice and left our home clean and tidy. They made the whole thing stress free and easy and for the first time the whole family feel lovely and warm in our new home. I wish all companies were as good as these. Paul the manager is a genuine guy, they did exactly what they promised - (no messing.) Jack and Andrew were such nice lads! They were respectful, down to earth, efficient, with such high standards.
