I wasn't in any particular rush but things just fell into place. Enquired with a number of companies on the Wednesday. Paul contacted me immediately to discuss requirements and request a couple of photographs of the existing installation, I received a comprehensive quote the following day. Having checked their rating I confirmed I was happy and Paul contacted me Friday to say they they had a team available Tuesday, was I interested? Brilliant, suited me, crack on. Experienced installation team did a fine job in adverse weather conditions. Arrived on time at 9am and finally cleared away by 7pm. Removed our 25 year old Worcester Heatslave oil combi boiler and replaced it with Greenstar Heatslave. Long day for them with a 2 hour drive either end to get to us in West Wales. Installation documentation with warranty received the following day and they left it a week before invoicing to allow time to ensure there were no issues. New boiler has been operating smoothly for a month now. Main thing I notice is how much quieter it is when the burner kicks in. It's early days but hopefully servicing and breakdown response will be equally efficient.
