Our old oil boiler was replaced on Friday with a new Worcester boiler with Paul Nash, aided by Jordan Llewellyn, completing the job in the most impressive display of quiet efficiency we have ever encountered. Our kitchen and boiler room were left in pristine condition. As we have a large house with 22 radiators, we were rather worried as to the possibility of water leaks / dirt on carpets but no concerns at all. Paul returned on Saturday morning to complete the work, having ensured that the boiler was up and running before he left on Friday, and to replace the gauge on our oil tank. It`s worth recording that our regular boiler service engineer had commented on the difficulty of installing said gauge but no problem at all for Paul.We had had two quotations from our usual boiler service companies but decided to check with a third party referral organisation. Pretty quickly we had a phone call from Paul Churchill of The Boiler Company, an organisation we had never heard of, and he visited to survey and quote. Paul provided a detailed description of the proposed installation and then Paul Thomas emailed a quotation around the price of the lower of out previous ones. He also assured us that we would be invoice after the job was completed and we were content ( the other lower quotation wanted £1,500 deposit before work started ). For reassurance I checked the Trustpilot reviews and even Companies House ( yes, I know ! ). I have no allegiance or previous knowledge of The Heat Team but, as you can infer from my review, my wife and I are delighted with the whole operation of our installation and strongly recommend them based on our experience. Six stars if this was possible.As to Hitachi Finance, this is a different issue, and it may well be that a further review will be necessary to detail my experience of this organisation.
