These people installed a Weissman boiler in April 2017. Boiler developed a leak in December due to a seal that had been 'pinched'. It was a week before Christmas. Repeated calls to them with no response. I was without heating & running water until 30/12/17 & had to use my home insurance to repair the seal. THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO MY CALLS. It gets worse, I asked them to replace my shower which they said could be done. Two guys came from London to Reading to do the job. These guys did not provide me with the part p certificate of installation. I went to ELECSA who told me they were not registered with them. I have still not got the part p. I had to chase Boiler team to supply me with the certificate of installation for the boiler & had to go to Gas Safe at Basingstoke to raise a complaint against them. I got the certificate dated 06/02/2018 ( 10 months after installation) This certificate of installation by a registered gas fitter is required by Reading Borough Council Building control. Very unhappy with this outfit. I should have used a local gas installer .You live & learn. Be very aware.
