Came to our property (in Shropshire) less than 24hours of the initial call for a brand new boiler fitting. Prompt and curteous gents despite me being a bit of a morning grouch and having a “diva moment”! The Zanussi boiler was installed in less than 3 hours, radiators were flushed and checked and all areas were left clean and tidy before the simple paperwork was completed and certificates issued. Now We have a nice toasty house plus running hot water (we haven’t used the hot tap for approx 3 years) and I couldn’t be more happy. Excellent service from the initial call to the completion of the work. Couldn’t fault them whatsoever.
