It took 2 mins to do the quote, received via email. I called at 16.55 on the Friday and spoke with an engineer. Confirmed all via email and via whatsapp then was booked in for the following Monday. It's now in, really neat. The 2 workers were great and made no mess. I have a decent boiler that works!
