The sales and installation service was very good and I chose them on this basis plus the fact they offer a 10-year warranty provided annual maintenance is undertaken by themselves throughout the duration of the manufacturers warranty period. Unfortunately we didn't get a checklist document until the day of installation and didn't read this until the following day. Had we had this before the installation we would have checked the list to ensure a few items that were missed had been covered. Because of this my Craig Revell-Horwood paddle is a 9 and not a 10!!! Both my Relationship Manager and the Managing Director took time to speak to me regarding these points so whilst it's not "a ten from Len" I've given them 5 stars.
