Called Boiler Team on Friday & new boiler fitted on Monday. Unfortunately after a few days there was a problem and I could not use the boiler on more than 50% power.Called Boiler Team & they came back. The fault was diagnosed by them as a problem with the boiler & that the manufacturer would need to come out.The manufacturer came out & said there was nothing wrong with the boiler & there was a problem with the time clock, pump & a valve.Boiler Team came back & sorted everything out, but made no difference. Boiler still not working properly. Manufacturer came back out & said pipe work needed to be altered in airing cupboard. Boiler Team came back & altered pipework. Problem still not rectified. So Boiler Team engineer decided to investigate the internal workings of the boiler. He quickly identified a faulty part, sorted it & immediately from that moment on the boiler has worked fine. Well done Boiler Team. They were correct from the start that the problem was with the boiler. I was beginning to worry I would end up in a situation where the Boiler Team & Manufacturer would be blaming each other & I would be left stranded, but the Boiler Team never gave up & sorted it.Well done...highly recommended.
