Went online to find a new boiler, after a week the Boiler Team were the only company to respond, after my initial contact with them a few days later we had a visit from the company to assess our needs.The whole system was checked and we were given sound and honest advice on what we required, including additional work needed to place new boiler out of the small utility and into the garage which was a request from my wife and I. within a week we had a quote which was similar to a price we were given 3-4 years ago. In this climate that was amazing. We agreed to go ahead and were given a date to install within two weeks. The install was delayed 4 days due to illness, this wasn't a problem for us and we were glad for the communication. On the day of installation the engineer was prompt, friendly and simply cracked on with the work, (Warning you will need to get extra coffee in) From start to finish I cant fault the quality of service.There has been a few niggles with the system was very noisy for a while and the heating came on when it shouldn't have, but this was sorted with an email, we had a visit from the Team, our Nest Controller needed resetting and the pump needed a tweak. Superb Professional service putting the customer first and we will continue to use them from now on.....
