Ordered a book at a great price, had the option of Hardback or Digital. Yours for Hardback as per screenshot, after a few days no delivery or tracking. Queried it and got a response saying I’d ordered an ebook, I showed them the screen print, was promised a refund in 24 hours, still waiting and when you retire it, you get an auto repeatable message. STAY CLEAR

I ordered a hardback book and received an email with a link to an ebook. Not sold as advertised. Emailed customer services but got single unhelpful reply and no option of a refund.

I ordered a hardbook from the drop down…

I ordered a hardbook from the drop down menu but was sent an ebook. I would never order an ebook. They could see that it had not been downloaded.The customer service was awful and refused to assist as stated all sales were final. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not the first to experience this by the look of reviews. Bought a hardcover, received a very expensive ebook. Customer service contact was appalling and no attempt to resolve.

Bad experience didn't receive the the hard back book…

I didn't receive the the hard back book I ordered so I contacted them. Received an email to say I had ordered an e. Book! I didn't order this! Asked for hardback book or my money back, they refused. I didn't receive my order!! Definitely won't recommend this company!
