I ordered a hard back book from this website and received a digital download only. Once they’ve got your money they’re not interested in engaging with you again.
The drop down menu offered hard back or digital- there’s no mention that they don’t provide physical books.
A real disappointment as the book, I thought I’d ordered, was a gift.
As everyone else says, you think you're ordering a hardback book as that is what you've selected, but they send you a digital copy. When you write to complain, they send you a generic email to say congratulations on receiving your ebook. Never use them

I had to click on one star to write review but I would give no stars.Like many other people reviewing this company , I ordered hardback copy. Apparently sent an ebook which I had not ordered. And which is not accessibleanyway. Zero refund policy. Zero customer care. Zero all round. Many polite e mails from me later , still repetitive responses. No phone contact. There are 2 choices then the lines go dead.The address provided online is “London”. Check your credit card statement and you will find it is not.Do not engage with this company. You will waste time, energy and money.My credit card company examined my case and have refunded the amount I paid to these untruthful scammers. Pass this on and put them out of business.
Be very careful when purchasing from this site. Products are presented in a way that can make it seem like you’re buying a physical item (as advertised) but you may actually receive a digital download instead.When this was raised with customer service, the response was simply that digital products are non-refundable, with no effort made to resolve the confusion.Overall, the experience felt misleading and unhelpful. I would strongly recommend double-checking exactly what you’re buying before making a purchase.
